The main house, with approximately 265 square meters of living space, extends over 2 floors as it is built into the hillside.

The main house features:
an entrance area and guest toilet. From here, a staircase leads down to two rooms, one of which is the Cantina and the other a technical room with the water treatment system. To the right of the entrance is a living/dining room with an open fireplace, followed by a fully equipped kitchen and a staircase leading to a library/media room under the eaves. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, adjoin the living/dining room.
