The Rustico is built in typical Tuscan style, characterized by stone facades, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors. The building is on two levels and features numerous outdoor spaces that add additional livable space.

There are pergolas on both sides of the Rustico. In particular, there is a pergola on the back equipped with double barbecue and a table where you can have lunch/dinner outdoors and two other pergolas on the front of the estate, these two respectively form two relaxation areas with sofas and armchairs.

Inside, the ground floor consists of: a large entrance hall, a sitting room, a large kitchen adjacent to the dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a bright living room equipped with French doors that connect it to the outdoor pergolas on the front and the back of the Rustico.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms and three large bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there is also a small apartment, not communicating with the rest of the structure and with its own independent access. The studio apartment is already equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom.

The lovely pool area is set in the olive grove and has a large gazebo and shower area. The pool measures (14,80 x 4,80).

There is a generously sized vegetable garden not far from the Rustico.
Access to the property is via a dirt path through the woods; on arrival there is space to park 3 cars.

The property of about 350 sq m. square meters located in the hills north of Lucca, inside 1.5 Ha of land. The location guarantees exceptional privacy and tranquility.
